Orders & Payments

  • Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
    No, cancellations are not allowed once confirmed. Store credit may be issued at our discretion if production hasn't begun.

  • Do I have to pay in full upfront?
    Orders below SGD 2,000 require full payment. Orders above SGD 2,000 may pay a 50% deposit with the balance before delivery.

Delivery & Storage

  • When will my order be delivered?
    Delivery is coordinated in advance. Timelines are estimated and vary by supplier/product.

  • What if I miss my delivery?
    A SGD 150 re-delivery fee applies. Your invoice must be paid in full within 14 days of our first delivery attempt.

  • How long can you store my items?
    Indent items: 4 weeks free storage.
    Ex-stock items: 12 weeks free. After that, storage fees apply.

Returns & Inspection

  • Can I return an item?
    Returns are only accepted for faulty items reported at the point of delivery.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    Report any damage immediately and in writing. We are not liable for damage reported later.

Ownership & Responsibility

  • Who owns the product before delivery?
    Royal retains ownership until full payment is made and delivery is completed.

  • What if I arrange my own transport?
    Responsibility transfers to you upon pickup from our warehouse.
