Terms and Conditions Agreement

As a valued customer of Royal Fabrics Pte. Ltd., we would like to familiarise you with the terms and conditions to ensure that your experience is a satisfying one. Royal Interiors (branded as "Royal 1956" in our showrooms and operated under the registered company Royal Fabrics Pte. Ltd.)
1. Ordering Your Products
Once an order has been accepted and signed as confirmation, no cancellation of that order will be valid.
Store credit will be given only if the goods ordered specifically for you have not been manufactured.
2. Payment – Indent Order

For orders below SGD 2,000.00, full payment is required before manufacturing can be arranged.

For orders above SGD 2,000.00, a minimum of 50% deposit is required. The balance shall be settled prior to delivery.
3. Payment – Ex-stock Order
Full payment is required upon confirmation.
4. Delivery of Your Products
Delivery dates are estimates only, and we do not accept liability for delays caused by manufacturing, shipment, or delivery.

Delivery times will be arranged with you in advance.

If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days from our first call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email, the invoice must be paid in full.

If no one is available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged date, you will be charged SGD 150.00 for transport and re-delivery.
Our logistics team will ensure adequate access to your premises.

For stairs above the 3rd floor, SGD 20.00 per level per delivery staff will be charged.

If delivery is not possible, the items will return to our warehouse and you will be charged for transport, re-delivery, and storage.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, and each shall be treated as a separate contract.

A 50% deposit must be maintained for all undelivered goods.

All products remain the property of Royal Fabrics Pte. Ltd. until full payment and delivery.
If you arrange your own delivery, responsibility transfers to you upon pickup.
We offer one (1) free delivery to a single address for purchases of SGD 1,500.00 and above (nett).
For purchases below SGD 1,500.00 or for additional deliveries, a SGD 100.00 transport fee applies per delivery.
5. Storage of Your Products

Indent Items: Free storage for the first 4 weeks from warehouse arrival

Ex-stock Items: Free storage for the first 12 weeks from purchase date
After these periods, monthly storage fees apply and will be invoiced monthly until delivery.
Fees must be settled before delivery.

6. Inspection of Your Products
You are required to inspect your items upon delivery and note any damage on the documentation provided by our team or delivery company.
We are not liable for any damage unless reported at the point of delivery.

7. Your Right to Return Products
Unless goods are faulty and reported upon delivery, we are unable to refund, exchange, or credit your account.
Warranty coverage for manufacturing defects applies for one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
8. Our Liability
We are not responsible for ensuring product suitability for a specific use unless clearly stated.
We do not accept liability for issues with customer-provided materials (“COM” or “COL”).
We do not limit liability for:

Death or personal injury due to negligence

Fraud

Your rights under consumer protection laws
9. Personal Information
By signing this agreement, you consent to Royal Fabrics contacting you for after-sales support, product updates, and event invitations.
This consent overrides any Do Not Call Registry status.
