Shipping & Delivery Policy

Royal Interiors (branded as "Royal 1956" in our showrooms and operated under the registered company Royal Fabrics Pte. Ltd.).

1. Complimentary & Paid Delivery

We provide one complimentary delivery to a single Singapore address for purchases totaling SGD 1,500 and above (nett).
For orders below SGD 1,500 or for additional delivery requests, a SGD 150.00 fee per trip applies.

2. Scheduling & Delivery Coordination

Delivery timelines are estimated only and subject to availability, production lead times, and supplier coordination.
We'll contact you to confirm delivery. If delivery cannot be accepted within 14 days of our first contact attempt, your invoice must be paid in full.

Missed agreed delivery slots will incur a SGD 150.00 re-delivery charge.

3. Access Requirements & Special Handling

Please ensure your premises can accommodate the item(s). Additional handling costs will apply for:

  • Buildings without lift access (SGD 20 per flight of stairs, starting above the 5th floor)

  • Narrow corridors or access restrictions
    If delivery is not feasible, the item(s) will return to our warehouse and transport + storage charges will apply.

4. Storage Fees

  • Indent Orders: Free storage for 4 weeks from warehouse arrival

  • Ex-stock Orders: Free storage for 12 weeks from purchase date
    After which:

  • Invoices ≤ SGD 17,500: SGD 350/month

  • Invoices > SGD 17,500: 2% of invoice/month

5. Partial Deliveries

Royal Interiors reserves the right to partially deliver your order under the same contractual terms. A minimum 50% deposit must be maintained for undelivered items.

6. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership transfers only when the invoice is fully paid and delivery is completed.
For self-arranged transport, responsibility transfers upon pickup from warehouse.
