Store Policy, General Terms and Conditions

Royal Interiors (branded as Royal 1956 in showrooms) operates under Royal Fabrics Pte. Ltd., offering European designer furniture crafted to order or ready-stocked.

  • All confirmed orders are final.
    Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. Store credit may be considered if manufacturing has not started, but is not guaranteed.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Orders below SGD 2,000 require full payment upfront
    • Orders SGD 2,000 and above require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery
    • Ex-stock items must be paid in full upon confirmation
Shipping

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to make your delivery experience smooth and well-communicated.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Arranged in advance; estimated dates may vary due to production and logistics factors.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above SGD 1,500 (nett)
  • Transport Fees:
    • SGD 100 per delivery for smaller orders or rescheduling
    • SGD 150 for failed delivery attempts
    • SGD 20 per floor, per staff for stair access beyond level 3
  • Self-Pickup: Liability transfers to you upon collection
  • Partial Deliveries may occur depending on logistics
Storage

Storage Policy

  • Indent Orders: 4 weeks’ free storage from warehouse arrival
  • Ex-stock Orders: 12 weeks’ free storage from date of purchase
  • After the free period:
    • ≤ SGD 17,500: Charged SGD 350/month
    • > SGD 17,500: Charged 2% of invoice value/month
  • Storage fees must be cleared prior to delivery
Returns

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed unless the item is defective and reported upon delivery
  • Damage reported after delivery will not be accepted
  • Natural leather markings, wood grain, and marble veining are not considered defects
Warranty

Warranty Policy

  • One-year warranty from date of delivery for manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified
  • We are not liable for product suitability unless explicitly stated
  • “COM” or “COL” (customer’s own material/leather) items are excluded from warranty
  • We do not limit liability in cases of:
    • Negligence resulting in death or personal injury
    • Fraud
    • Rights protected by consumer law
